Expectations
- Control and maintain the project documents, bid documents, estimates, etc.
- Participates in meetings with vendors as well as clients
- Support project organizational activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the referenced field of work.
- Must have at least a general knowledge of Microsoft Office software including but not limited to, Word, Excel, Projects, and Outlook.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Needs to have knowledge of current industry and technical developments and standards.
- Knowledge of Painting, Insulation, Scaffolding, and other industry practices are a plus.
